Pre-purchase Condition & Value Survey

This covers structural integrity, electrical systems, the propulsion system, the fuel system, other machinery, navigation equipment, miscellaneous onboard systems, cosmetic appearance, electronics, and overall maintenance as well as an out-of-water inspection and a trial run.
